Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton was endorsed Saturday by retired Gen. Wesley Clark, who sought the party's nomination in 2004 and whose sterling military credentials could bolster her bid to be the first female commander in chief.

It won't be a bad choice if she runs with him as her VP. But, typical of Gen. Clark, he's not looking at personal ambition. I'll bet he's not even looking at her by herself, but a successful team that Bill Clinton put together and will probably be called on again by Hillary. Only this time, if we can just get an even stronger Democratic Congress, she'll be able to clean Bush's mess up and be the progressive she was trying to be when she was the First Lady.Remember she's our "It Takes a Village" lady and the one of the leaders in getting the ball rolling for Universal Healthcare.

Of course, I haven't made my mind up yet. I'm helping her and about 3 other democratic candidates, because I want to let my neighbors compare and make up their own minds.
