This is exciting, but scary, because of the possibility of adverse events, such as tumors or cancer. It is 5-10 years away from clinical trials, so time will tell whether this will become an available treatment. Thanks Maria.

We must send emails to FDA and all of our senators and reps, + White House to insist that stem cell via our very own body donations are never classified as being "DRUGS", and that we all have access NOW to these AUTOLOGOUS STEM CELL TREATMENTS for the heart repair, for reconstruction of breasts and breast mass due to breast cancer surgeries, etc. These treatments are successful, but, patients (unless accepted into a clinical trial, which is rough!) must TRAVEL OUTSIDE of the US to clinics that perform autologous stem cell treatments in order to save their lives. Why is this taking so long here? The FDA is attempting to find a way for BIG PHARMA to PROFIT from our own stem cells, while many are dying, living with prosthetics and so many illnesses that these stem cells can restore us to whole and healthy. Hearts are strengthened so that they can effectively pump again, and people can hike without panting, bicycle, climb stairs, sleep flat. LET US INSIST ON APPROVAL IMMEDIATELY. Enough on the the trials. This is PROVEN to SAVE LIVES and return WHOLE HEALTH.
