Ten-year-old Jazlynn Tido is heartbroken. Her Chihuahua she named Chi-Chi is gone. Her father discovered what happened when he went outside to feed him in the morning. "I just see his little house on the floor and I go look and I see so

What a shame!
The poor baby didn't deserve this at all! I hope the criminal will pay dearly - with his life. What goes around, comes around!

No such thing as an outside dog. Poor little dog if only these people had a better understanding of dogs or cats for that matter, you do not leave your dog outside. Adopted animals are suppose to be part of the family a member of the family, would you leave a member of your family outside? I wish I could write to them and give them a better understanding before they go and get another dog.

What an horrifying story. Well,I would never leave my animals outdoors as there are too many sickos on the loose. Hope those who did it will be caught as soon as possible before it happens again. Thanks Maria

This is sad and getting worse by the day. I heard on my local news yesterday one of the reporters made a comment about how animal abuse is on the rise. I was really shocked to hear it that way!
Thanks Maria

This is a small breed dog that should be INSIDE the house. Here in South Africa, they poison the dogs and all my dogs sleep inside the house, big and small.

Lets hope the owners are sensible enough to put any new dog indoors. However you don't expect someone to come into your backyard and do such an evil thing to a little dog. Perhaps the perpterater would like a trip to Norfolk UK to be chained up with two who neglected thieir dogs and be given nothing but dog poo to eat! My Alsation would have been highly offended if I put her out of the house and my cats would not take kindly to having to live outside, my rabbits enjoyed the run of the conservatory and lived to almost ten years. So I'm not sure why people put animals outside. In fact the only creatures that ever were in anyway outside were my tortoises who had brick built runs with roofed sections with proper tiles and moveable grazing units sadly they have all gone to creature Heaven and I only have one cat at present.

This is just a few miles from me and I'm so shocked. This is not something you'd expect to see in Boca! If they find out who did this, I WILL do whatever it takes to see they pay for this!

People that have animals, especially little dogs and don't keep them inside should never have them. I believe it said the dog was still tied up. Give me a break. You people who owned this little baby are disgusting. And you say, oh he only barks when people come around or he needs water. Wow, how long would the dog be without water before he had to bark for some. I think this family should be kicked in the ass.

I fully agree with Deborah, they should never have had the poor little dog in the first place , scum bags.

A Chihuahua outside? That is crazy. Every now and then I get a strong intuition, which is usually correct. In this case, it is telling me that the mother and father of the little girl were responsible. Why would the mother say that the dog seemed drugged and not hungry, yet not do anything about it but leave it outside all night? Why did the dog not bark? It all sounds off to me.... and horrible. There just seems to be more and more of this sort of stuff. More and more people seem to be more and more violent, towards ALL species, including their own.....

theres more to this story than what the owners are telling barks at strangers but didn't bark at the one who cut its throat, mmmmmmmm. and a tiny little dog like that tied if i read correctly outside. wow. i'm just saying.

It is incomprehensible to me to keep a little dog - half the size of an average cat - unprotacted outside! This is an outrage and the parents of this little girl are to blame for their indiferrence and apathy!
