Oh Maria, thank you for that. Good Grief!

This horrid person should be banned from having a pet for life, not just five years!

Oh, this world and our poor living animals.

Thank God we are here to be there voice, or what would happen? I dare not even think about that because it won't!

Should have been a ban for life. Do they seriously believe that if this person is incapable of owning a pet for the next five years, that after that time they will suddenly be able to take care of one properly? What a nonsense the authorities are making of a ban.

Why such a short ban on keeping animals this reject is obviously on the way to full criminality and should never be allowed near them again as he progresses, if thats' the write word to children and adults to vent his anger. Perhaps he should be given one of those dog collars with spikes that dog fighting idiots use and perhaps it should be tied to the fence so the passing crowds can throw rotten eggs and tomatoes at him!

He should have been banned for life. We can't even begin to imagine the suffering and fear experienced by the kitten. The one thing that we do know is the source of this horrific behavior. He has more than anger issues; he has a heart that beats with hate and cruelty. It is void of love and compassion.
Thanks Maria

I agree with Rhonda....poor sweet baby...brings tears to my eyes. This man is a devil worshiper Rhonda!! He was doing the devil's work and when he dies he will have God to answer to. Meanwhile, we need to enforce a law where you have to pass a Pet Care Test before you're allowed to walk out of the shelter with one. Thnx Maria,

PS I gave her the name "Little Lady" and she'll be waiting for us at Rainbow Bridge.

Actually this is a fairly severe punishment as the threat of prison is hanging over Shane for 2 years. Also, he is not just being punished but rehabilitated. Regretfully, the maximum punishment is 6 months in prison and/or a hefty fine. I wish it was more!

Thanks Maria! Thank God he didn't kill it! I say find some huge guy to shake the chit out of him and scare him as bad as he scared the kitten!
