Thank you, Michelle. I bought rechargeable batteries years ago, and some of them are beginning to go bad. (They last about seven years.)

The important issue is where are these items being recycled to???? Be sure the recyclers don't just send them to the prison industry in this country or China or Bangladesh or India, etc. where they contaminate their waters and air.
