$150 million rebuild plans for Temple of Artemis

SOFIA, Bulgaria - Archaeologists have unearthed a 1,900-year-old well-preserved chariot at an ancient Thracian tomb in southeastern Bulgaria, the head of the excavation said Thursday.

CAIRO, Egypt - Egyptian scientists are carrying out DNA tests on two mummified fetuses found in the tomb of King Tutankhamun to determine whether they are the young pharaoh's offspring, the antiquities authority said Wednesday.

KANO, 3 January 2008 (IRIN) - Police and government officials in northern Nigeria's city of Kano have reported an upsurge in incidents of child rape and said that young girls are now unsafe in the city.
