Sun Run has come up with a "solar as a service" model, where you don't need to buy the panels, they install and maintain them, and you just pay a low monthly utility. Could this be what gets solar out there far and wide?

We have a solar rental company here in Tucson. By far, our biggest expense is the AC. I waiting for that affordable solar AC unit! If and when this product becomes viable, they'll sell like hot cakes.
