In Uzbeckistan, a despicable dictator forces women to have their uteruses removed to promote "birth control" in the country. In America, the despicable tea party enacted 8 million laws preventing any form of birth control forcing women to have more and more unwanted babies. I say, force all men to be sterilized, then NO ONE has to worry. Problem solved worldwide.
