New Zealand is backing down on the promise to take the Japanese government to the international court in the Hague, and Australia appears likely to back down as well with the decision put on hold.

well,Cowards are born everyday aren't They/?All the laws that are enforced just will never Work out for the Oceans,Highways,Fishing And hunting And many More.But with Others breaking the laws,It employs Many people.It's Not the people Who live in these countries It's the people Who Are in Charge of Our affairs Who should be On guard At all times to protect all living things including Peoples.By the way,Their futures look Gloomy.

We have all the Documentation, all the proof that is needed. All we need is a Govt with "Balls" enough to DO something about the Japanese slaughtering whales. This year Humpback Whales will again be on the agenda as will the Fin Whales in addition to the numbers of minke (piked) whales Japan intends to slaughter. They decide on their own quotas, so they very likely may up the number to kill this season since Sea Shepherd put a stop to them last time. Hopefully, SSCS can raise enough Funds to have two fast ships to keep the whale killers on the run. Please help SSCS to obtain enough Funds to purchase another fast ship like the "STEVE IRWIN". Every dollar is so vital to help save a whale!

Economic interest are the first priority for politicians. Any action for the environment is only a primary issue if they can pocket money, and in this case Japan has enough money to buy politicians environment concerns.
Australian government must deal with Australian people that are really concerned about environment.
