Rescued Harbor Porpoise Gets Out of Duxbury Rehab, Released in Plymouth - VIDEO  Tony - 180 days ago - patriotledger.com Oscar, a year-old harbor porpoise, was found on Skaket Beach on Cape Cod on Feb. 17 and was rescued by the Cape Cod Stranding Network. Oscar was suffering from malnutrition, a laceration, lesions and a small amount of parasites.
