The sad fact in the USA is many people are being executed, without trial or jury for minor things. Children have been shot sitting on the sofa at Grandma's house watching TV because the SWAT team had busted in the door with guns at the ready and the child who was startled moved and was shot. What is worse, it was the wrong apartment!

A woman hears sounds in the middle of the night outside of her home, she wakes her husband up to tell him and he tells her to take the children and hide in the closet. He grabs his gun, thinking that a robbery might be in the process. His thinking that he is protecting his family and home ends up having him be shot multiply times by an over zealous SWAT team. He is dead, his wife is heartbroken, and his children no longer have a Father. As he laid bleeding and dying out the police refused to call an ambulance despite the wife's pleas.

A well known Native American man known for his beautiful wood carvings is walking down the street with a piece of wood in his hands and a whittle knife, both perfectly legal. He'd sit outside, enjoy the air and whittle a new piece. He was also deaf. When he did not stop on the command that the Police Officer gave him he was shot to death. The Police Officer was behind him, all he was doing was crossing the street alone, and he was not even near the Officer. The reason to shoot him, is the Police Officer felt threatened. Give me a break.

This goes on and on in this Country and yet the biggest fight I hear is that people don't want to loose their guns. I hate to tell ya people, many are being shot dead whether you have your guns or not, we need to turn this gone crazy Fascist Police State back to what we use to have when they were hired to Protect and Serve not kill without trial or jury.

Thank you David for your continued exposure of important articles like this, I wish more of the C2 readers would come over to the political threads. They will get all up and crazy over a cat or dog being beaten to an inch of it's life, yet fail to know that this is going on under their noses. When their husband is shot or perhaps a child or grandchild that is going to be a rude awakening. I love the animals but I love my children too, so people really need to spend at least equal time reading about Fido being shot as well as things like this. No one should be executed for a football bet.

The funny thing Cheryl, is that if I submit a story about a sick kitten it makes the front page, political submissions never do.

That's because politics are such a stick situation especially now.

Great article David!!! I agree it's getting way out of hand but I truly believe this is the plans to get society in a state of fear and guess where we are at today! And it's getting worse!! Part of the plans of the NWO to take over the world. Put fear in the hearts and minds of the people and they will be more intimidated to do what they are told!

Sheryl..Those stories are really something! It's just pathetic today how the police state has gone wild! It's like where is this authority coming from that they have this power!? I just added a story on yesterday where a man in his 40's or maybe just 40 years old was watering his neighbors lawn, the other neighbor thought something looked suspicious and called the cops..they came out and started blasting him!! Killed him! It's insane!

I agree it's getting very edgy and scary and out of control.....and it's snowballing even as we say "no way"......... Wish we had real true 'Peace Officers"......... That's what we need... And how's about mandatory continued educational training and evaluation of all Police... I just hope there is never a technological robotic police force...that might be even scarier than the human young souls who wear these badges of authority..... Thanks for this post being forwarded to me Dandelion...and Thanks David for this important posting..!!

Noted. Thanks, David....and Dandelion for the link.
Since just after 9/11, local police forces have been militarized to the hilt. It's only gotten worse since we left Iraq and are pulling out of Afghanistan. They have all these leftover weapons...who better to sell them to? Just makes me so angry this is happening. And, don't even get me started on that nutbag Arpaio. An even worse scenario happened here in Tucson when local police shot a veteran several dozen times one morning in his own doorway. It was such a horrendous, bloody, evil scenario that nothing even close to that has happened since. And, I hope, never again!

I was sharing a townhouse with a friend who was on 12 medications. 8AM one morning, 2 "Dog" (headhunter w/guns) men asked to come in and took my friend off to court. They gave him time to dress, get paperwork and a snack to bring. It was in regard to a false collection for a credit card that he never owned. This was not our federal appointees (as far as I know) but must have been a legal action as their destination was the courthouse. The matter was resolved. In retrospect I could have been a bit calmer, I was upset for my friend. To think I may have been hurt/killed is moot but frightening.
