As the years go by and the more educated we get, the frustration simply builds as we are more than aware of what are rights should be, the government can smile all it wants but we as a people live and feel the reality of everyday life behind that smile.

More than half of all Aboriginals in Canada are under 25 years old, they have seen what their mothers and fathers had to endure, what their Grandfathers and Grandmothers had to endure, what their brothers and sisters had to endure, what their uncles and aunts and cousins had to endure. They, as young adults also see very clearly of what lies ahead if they do nothing and what their children will have to endure. Would it be realistic to think that they are going to just sit back and accept their fate? Lighting a match in dry grass will more than likely cause a wildfire, especially with strong gusty winds.

The only thing that we as a people are asking for is equality so that we can truly move forward. Please help The Standing Proud Project which aims to provide an opportunity to individuals that can make a positive impact in their life, their families and their communities.

Noted, Michael, I don't know if you are aware, Stephen Harper is the new Golden Boy of the Bilderberg Group, along with Jimmy Pattison. You only need to google to find the information. So the First Nations are, to them "buzzing black flies" Without the knowledge of this the First Nations are backpeddling and going nowhere. The "Crown" [Bilderberg Group] own all "so-called Federal lands, including Reservations" That can also be proven. The Bilderberg Group, the Illuminati [Vatican], all own everything, and giving back is hidden behind the FACT that they give but also keep!!!!I hope you understand what I'm saying.

Hi Black Tiger P., First Nation people have always been the "buzzing black flies" to these types of individuals since first contact, that's nothing new but regardless of what course they choose to take we as a people are still moving forward and being in a global era we are being joined by people of all nations and all races, this makes it a little harder to muffle injustice.

Injustice didn't sit well with Ghandi or Mandella, they just made the choice to keep moving forward in what they believed in and the truth is that each and everyone of us can make a difference, we just need to choose to.

Thank you Michael for all your dedication and hard work in keeping everyone updated on what is happening. You are a real trooper and what you are doing will not be forgotten. My heart bleeds for all of the natives who are being pushed farther and farther back in thier lives. I agree with whoever it was that said that the worst halocast was to the Native Americans. I also agree with what you said Michael about the fact that now that other people have joined the cause from other races and parts of the world, that this cause can no longer be swept under the rug. I stand with you and I know that many others do as well. Together we will fight this battle and together we will move forward a little at a time. Noted and shared.

April 21&22 in New Orleans, Stephen Harper, George W. Bush, and Pres. Caldorone are having another Meeting in regards to Security,Prosperity and Partnership, whereby the details of Deep Intregration Policies will be more cemented. How does this work in the area of the First Nations, and American Indians also [First Nation]??? With a transportation Corridor running up the spine of America to Winnipeg Manitoba, and on through to Churchill in the North, at a breadth of 4 football fields wide, how many Reservations will be affected?? All this land will be TAKEN under the Law of Emminent Domain. That means there is no way of stopping them without going to court. You take what you are given and be happy with it. As for the Alberta First Nations, many of the Reservations own Oil Rights and they live upon the Royalties and have a pretty darn nice life! The problem is when a kid turn 18 the Government gives each one a great big check and expect the kids to know what to do with it. How many teenaged kids would go to the bank and deposit thousands of dollars that they have been waiting for, over hitting the Ford, or GMC dealerships and getting a car or truck???Enough for now more later after I see the reaction to this news.
