Couldn't get link to sign, but will be looking out for your message and will sign as soon as I get it. Thanks.

Unfortunately, yes, there are sick individuals who would indeed like to "exterminate" (their words) homeless and non-native people.

This is so wrong, it just leaves the opportunity open for people to go around killing cats and getting away with it! They must not pass this!

This beaks my heart, Stand up people get these so called politicians out of there offices and as tax payers stop this wasteful spending! More money staying here at home and not sent elsewhere we would have the money to care for and take care of the over poputation of our furry critters. I would be glad to sign any petion but it takes more than that make the people see the horror of whats happening .I'm a in your face kind of person. It can't be denied then when its in front of you!!

Thank you all. It is heart warming to know that I can post something that is extremely critical to me and see you all take off and run with it. CARE2 is the best community ever! I try to post things like this in my blog and just figured out how to post it to CARE2, so you'll hear more from me as I find things like this that need to be stopped. Thank you!!!

As non-US citizen I used my name, my email and adress of the... Senate because I don't think that only Americans can decide about the life of the animals who haven't choice which country citizens they want to be.

Instead of funding the murder of cats, we should be helping the dozens of local Homeless Animal Rescue Teams(HART) that can do so much good in a humane and just way. My local group finds homes for cats and dogs, and operates a Trap, Neuter, and Release (TNR) program. These programs work very well- killing is unnecessary and inexcusable.

I cast a HEX on all countries who ignor the "catch,spay-neuter,release" program, and continue to abuse the cats. My HEX is "May they be overrun with BIG Fat RATS,with BIG FAT FLEAS"
My cat was a feral and my home has been hers since '96.

We're sorry, this alert is no longer available. If you would like to learn more about ways you can take action, please visit IDA's Action Center.

The short explanation of this alert was:

Last month, the U.S. House of Representatives unanimously passed H.R.767, a bill that would promote the killing of "harmful nonnative species." Officially called the Refuge Ecology Protection, Assistance, and Immediate Response Act (or REPAIR Act), H.R.767 includes feral cats as one of the species targeted for destruction. Please Take Action to urge your Senators to oppose H.R.767 when it reaches the Senate floor for a vote.

Please tell your family and friends to take action, as well.

KOW BIZARRE NOW IT SAYS THE CAMPAIGN IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND TO CONTACT OUR REPS????
