It would be difficult to get this to happen, but not impossible. If crimes have been committed, there should be investigations.

Are we a nation of laws? Or are we a nation of men?

He should be tried for his war crimes. He was caught and confronted, and runs and hides like the spineless coward he is. He is pissing off more and more people in the WORLD everyday. HIS world is collapsing rapidly around him. I wonder if he's shaking in his boots yet?
