The housing plans put together by this congress only affect 1st mortgages. Until second mortgages are included, foreclosures will continue to rise.

Estate agents should be more explicit when it comes to bondages and repayments, including all the hidden costs that come with... one must not be forced or manipulated into buying something that is beyond their budget
