Almost 200 people appeared naked Sunday in front of Barcelona Cathedral. The aim of the protest was to raise people's consciousness about the cruelty behind wearing fur garments.

bet this really open up some eyes hua? I was in Sears Saturday and low and behold they had coats there with dog hair on it. So I knew it came from China. Sme woman had a coat in her hand and I ask her if she knew what that was and she said no and I told her. I also told her what they did, she looked at the label in her coat and took her coat back and said she was going to tell her family also to Boycott China. Yea!!!! So maybe this will help the furbies. Thank you Trudi R. noted

That's a really good stunt. I'm sure there must have been a lot of discussion about that action. Well done !
Hope it wasn't too cold for the activists, though.

This in my opinion is still the smartest of all champagnes ever thought up.
Sex sells, and though they are not promoting sex, they are using that side of it to gain popularity to waking people up. Are they ever ignored? No, How do we know this is effective? Because the Dixie Chicks copied the idea and it worked for them also:)

They are so courageous, well done. Wake every body up and hopefully they got some tv coverage aswell. Surely the message must be getting out there by now?
I hate the fur trade and would not be seen dead wearing fur or leather.

Spain is more progressive than the US any day on every subject. Americans are too locked up in their TV world where this never happens. Europeans have seen war first hand and they get down to what matters. We are at war, plain and simple and anything goes that works. This stunt worked! I wish it would happen at my church! I am a student of the Theatre and this is called Living Theatre or Street Theatre. Good show!
