from another list:
"In 2009 there will be a civil trial and Julio Diaz and Company AND the Mayor of Barceloneta will be charged on Federal statutes since residents' pets were ordered snatched from Federally funded projects! The town contracted the company to do it and I believe are equally guilty, but the government more so.

At least in this next trial the Mayor will be included as well as the original three. He should have been tried in the first place.

The pet disposal scandal adds to Puerto Rico's poor reputation for treatment of animals. Cockfighting is legal, with matches shown on television. One of the island's beaches is known as Dead Dog Beach -- a place where teenagers drive over live puppies sealed in bags or cruelly kill them with machetes and arrows, according to animal welfare groups that photographed the atrocities.

FOR MORE INFORMATION ON DEAD DOG BEACH AND WHAT CAN BE DONE, VISIT THIS WEBSITE: http://www.islanddog.org/aboutus/deaddogbeach.html

DOES ANYONE KNOW THE CONTACT EMAIL INFORMATION TO DIAZ'S ANIMAL SOLUTION?

The Legacy.....amazing how lucky we are to come from a "family" of people that bring with them, the legacy bestowed upon them by their "family" and carry it forward as a higher consciousness to the young and innocent, so the "RIGHT THINGS" are done in this world. "There is no better example, than a good example" (RR) This is the PLACE and WE are those good examples to demonstrate and carry forward our GOOD.

I know what I would like to do to the judge and the other three involved in killing these innocent animals. I would like to take them to the highest mountain in Puerto and push them to there death and justice would be served, I'm sick of animals being killed so terribly. Dang there stinken hides anyway. This Country should not even be allowed any animals in there Country. Thanks Trudi. Good to see you back. Signed with loads of anger.

The sickening part about court is that a judge is a person. They are suppose to make thier judgements based on the facts and the laws, but unfortunately that is rarely the case. They make most of thier decisions based on thier personal beliefs and find laws to hide behind. That is why when you go to court your lawyer will tell you, "The outcome depends on what Judge you get" I agree this judge made a cruel and unjust decision. It is one of the reasons people are becoming more and more dissatified with our legal system, and believing more and more that there isnt justice in the courts. So they take the law into thier own hands. I cant believe thsee judge.

corruption runs deep in some places. if you have the right amount of dollars you can get away with almost anything. the only judge they can't out run is the one we all have and they will be judge for their crime. i sincerly hope they rot in hell
