Oh how sweet of Chris to introduce an ordinance to make the city's zoo the first city-owned zoo in the nation to focus on taking in rescued animals.Our special thanks to Chris Daly who has been so magnanimous as to think of rehabilitating the rescued animals, which is the need of the hour.
