The FBI has almost certainly been monitoring the web activity of random citizens for fairly some time, but today, as Cnet reports, the law enforcement bureau has formed a dedicated unit for the function of web surveillance.

President Obama sealed-up all of his personal records, transcripts and other related documents right after his Inauguration Day 2009, so how do we absolutely know for certain that he is indeed a certified 'Lawyer' or anything else for that matter???
