No Second Chances For Sex Offenders

Sex offenders are without a doubt the worst kind of criminal. Violating another human beings and robbing them of their fundamental right to refuse a sexual act along with the mental scars that go hand in hand with this type of offense. Even worse are those branded Pedophiles, praying on the young and innocent who cannot defend against the act or even know how to put it into words.

Time & Time again sex offenders are released after serving a partially lenient sentence in a protected area of the prison only to commit the same or similar act on another innocent person. Now it seems that the British governments court system is considering that sex offenders may apply to have their names removed from the sex offenders registry (after a period of 15 years from their release) under the human rights act.
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS !!. ..........Any victim lucky enough to survive one of these ordeals has to live with it for the rest of their lives, these acts are horrific and unjustifiable and in no way considered acceptable in a civilized society.

ANY RAPIST OR CHILD ABUSER WHO PERFORMS AN UNWARRANTED ATTACK ON OTHERS VIOLATES THE VICTIMS HUMAN RIGHTS IN DOING SO. THEREFORE WE THE UNDERSIGNED BELIEVE THAT THE CRIMINAL IN QUESTION BE STRIPPED OF THEIR OWN HUMAN RIGHTS AND HAVE NO RIGHT TO APPEAL FOR SUCH THINGS AS :EARLY RELEASE :LUXURY'S OF HOME IN PRISON : REMOVAL FROM THE SEX OFFENDERS REGISTRY : CHANGING THEIR NAMES FOR PROTECTION ETC

Place yourself in the eyes of the victim.. You are a young girl who has just read about the person who attacked you 5 years ago is about to have his sentence shortened and will be due for release soon, upon his release he will be allowed to change his name and soon disappear into society. Yes the government will keep tabs on him but since they have dropped the ball before on more than one occasion, you don't really have much confidence in them so, WHAT DO YOU DO ???????

Victims of these atrocities should NEVER be placed in that situation. not only does it mess with their minds it also brings back the horror of the initial attack.

Unfortunately these are just 3 of the hundreds of releases going on out there and the need for a second chance must be denied.
