Demand the end of cover ups over the suicides of young people by the NHS and others

Two teenagers have committed suicide in Wigan and their deaths could have been avoided. The referral to Child Mental Health Services on POPPY BRACEY was closed THREE WEEKS before she died and procedures were not followed but the inquest into her death was held in such a way that the FULL TRUTH did not emerge. The general public should know what REALLY HAPPENED and I have documentation to prove it. If it is happening in Wigan and Warrington to name just two places you can be sure that it is happening near you, The deceit and apathy of so-called caring professionals should not continue to be tolerated. Another young person, HOLLY TOPPING  took her own life but when the GP alerted Mental Health Services to the self-harming behavious of HOLLY a Manager decided to ignore the urgency of the GPs letter and classify the letter as routine....... HOLLY died before being seen because of this. Was this Manager sacked for gross misconduct or is she still working with young people? The answer is the latter.

There are professionals in Wigan, St Helens and Sefton who have not been following, policies, procedures and protocols or who simply have insufficient knowledge and ability to protect these vulnerable young people. How do you know that your local Child Mental Health Team is not doing the same. Support this petition for a second Inquest into the death of POPPY BRACEY and the REAL TRUTH will shock you to the core......dangerous practices used to support vulnerable young people...... is this what you want to continue???

Please support this two pronged petition which is a) to make those people REALLY RESPONSIBLE for their lack of professionalism to be held to account for their actions and b) to tell the government in no uncertain terms that we will not accept the current inappropriate systems that are in place to minimise the risk of suicides in young people. I have a positive strategy to minimise this risk and to make our world a safer place to thrive in and NOT TO DIE UNNECESSARILY. Thank You
