Please Sign and Share our Petition Against York County of Pa. SPCA Director Melissa Smith. She just completed a massisve cull of the cat population in the Animal Shelter in York, Pennsylvania Over a Contagious but Treatable Outbreak of Ringworm Without Asking for Assistance from the Community that Would have been Happy to Not only Donate but Provide Temporary Foster Homes for the Animals that Needed Isolation.
