Ban Animal Trapping in Nevada

  • by: Mike Korn

Trapping is an especially cruel and unnecessary component to a specific hunt. It not only affects the wildlife to be hunted (and ALL wildlife susceptible to trap areas), but has recently surfaced in cases where domesticated animals have become trap victims.

"Trapping" described by the Nevada Department of Wildlife:

Dear Sen. Aaron Ford & distinguished members of the NV Senate Natural Resources Committee:

We, the undersigned, graciously request that you review and consider banning ALL animal trapping in the State of Nevada. It is an extremely cruel and unnecessary method of hunting, and has recently been spotlighted in cases where domesticated animals have become trap victims.

Your consideration is greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,

Voters concerned for the welfare of animals
