move all spent fuel rods in nuclear power plants to dry storage now

everyone in America should sign this petition now. The health and safety of all of us are threatened. People who live down-wind from power plants are especially in danger. The only thing stopping power plant owners from doing this is money. They need to spend their profits protecting all of us. They cannot be allowed to delay any longer. Make those spent fuel rods safe now!
