We Are the 47%

They keep saying Mitt Romney has trouble relating to the regular Americans, people like you and me who work hard just to stay on top of our rents or mortgages, to keep food on the table, to pay for health care or student loans.

But it didn't really hit home until Romney wrote off 47% of Americans -nearly half the country- as complainers and victims.

The 47% of Americans he talked about include senior citizens on fixed incomes, students, stay-at-home moms, and even active military members.

Does Mitt Romney think they are whiners, not pulling their full weight?

It's time Mitt Romney and the entire Republican Party focused less on lining the pockets of corporations and billionaires and started learning what it's really like for average Americans.
