Hillary and John Mellencamp in Indianapolis

I’m an intern in the campaign’s Indianapolis headquarters and had the chance to see Hillary Clinton speak for the first time at the campaign rally with special guest John Mellencamp. It was such an awesome experience to see so many people out there supporting her. There were also several special guests at the event including President Clinton, actor Sean Astin, Congresswoman Diane Watson -- and of course, Mellencamp’s performance was amazing. All of these phenomenal guests couldn't overshadow Hillary though, as she came onstage to talk about her economic plans for the country and her stance on gas prices, health care, and other important issues. There was so much enthusiasm for her last night and I’m sure it will transfer to the polls on Tuesday. After hearing her speak, I am even more certain that Hillary will be the best president.
