Our government should close Guantanamo Bay and immediately end to the practice of detaining people for years without the opportunity for a fair trial.

Strong, independent and impartial judiciary is not only vital to the checks and balances that restrains all three branches of our government, but is also the primary guardian of our individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
