I think any Judicial Council nominee who proclaims infidelity should be punished by jail time is proving his/her unfitness for office, and if I were from Alaska I would be embarrassed/protesting/campaigning against this person.

Makes you wonder if there are private prison stocks in that person's financial portfolio, because not much else would explain such a strange "judicial opinion."
