As Renee M. said, "NEVER at the table or when they 'beg' for it."

However, my mom often gets a single slice of turkey from her very good deli (no preservatives) for her ecstatic cats. They like it sliced very thin. She parcels it out over a few days at treat time.

The silly things are much less impressed by her homemade chicken stock.

I have one cat who likes a bit of plain yogurt on a spoon and another who barely sniffs it before disdainfully sauntering away.

Except for her organic seed mix and pellets, my parrot and I eat mostly the same things.

Occasionally but only a few items. And NEVER at the table or when they "beg" for it.

Occasionally. Sometimes you just have to give in when they give you that look with their eyes and start to make whining noises.
