Kids books are usually not that long, so yes. I always read at least 50 books a year up until about 1991 (then there wasn't the time) I still try and read as much as possible, I do love my books :)

It depends on the kid and the books...My daughter loves to read but is so busy with school and sports that she doesn't have too much time. My son has the time but does not enjoy reading...
