If I drove a car, it would be top priority. I don't drive a car for environmental reasons. I find public transit quite satisfactory.

Very important. Hopefully my car hangs in there because I definitely can't afford one now!

Very, very important. But not so much so as I would yet buy a hybrid or all electric. I am just not convinced they are as good as an engine.

For example the rechargeable battery comes to a point where it won't take a charge any longer. The solution? Buy another car or buy the battery, they will cost about the same.
