I hate to admit it; as I am generally against taxation(It means I pay more for everything including my yearly house taxes, which are already substantial), but yes.

"Sin taxes" are usually regressive taxes.

You know what works? Public education.

If advertising didn't work, corporations wouldn't spend so much on it. The "carrot" of PR campaigns is much better than the "stick" of taxes on the poor.
