It doesn't matter. If we use less gas like some people want us to, the government raises gas taxes (10 cents overnight!) to fix the roads because there's less gas tax coming in but there's same number or more cars on the road. I live on a fixed income in tinytown north central Wyoming and there's no public transportation out here. We have to drive everywhere and it's far between here and *anywhere* else!
