A cat being neutered does not make it " safe " to be around birds!

Always, too many cat haters out there, & where I live, too much wildlife dangerous to cats, if done right, they will not be unhappy or bored, but they will be safe & live longer.

No. We never kept our cats inside, they came in and went out as they pleased, they were neutered so posed no threat to birds, they were very healthy and very happy cats :) My neighbour has a cat which she keeps locked inside the house 24/7, I play with the cat through the window while the owner is at work, she's usually gone for 12 hours a day every day. Frankly, I think the cat would rather be dead than alone and locked in a house all her life.
