financial incentives are important in poor countries where they consider food and existence to be preferable to trees. Help them out.

Many developing countries can little afford the cost of fighting deforestation. Especially when one considers the fact that there is now a new type of poacher. One that cuts down the trees to feed their key for charcoal! Such incentives are necessary in an economy as sick as our current economy.
