I think to form a sense of inclusion and peace for children who are LGBT it should be talked about. But, I wouldn't trust teachers to approach the subject with the sensitivity it requires, and there are bigoted parents who would get angry hearing their kids learned about sexuality in school and those parents would cause problems.

No. There are more important things for them to learn. This is a topic that shouldn't concern kids until their grown up, or at least more grown up than that.

I don't know about elementary school, I don't think they need to be knowing about adult business such as marriage and stuff but middle school/high school sounds more appropriate. Kids 10 and under should be concerned about studying and playing, not about adult's behavior.
