Depends on how you mean. If you mean voting and all constitutional rights;absolutely not. If you mean that corps can be convicted of crimes and the directors serve actual prison sentences for the corps criminal activity, hell yeah!

This is a tricky question. I think this question should be phrased better. We would need to know exactly what constitutes a corporation to be legally tried/considered as a person. When it comes to our legal system, their definition could mean something very different from what we think they mean. But, in general sense, of course corporations are NOT people.
