I use 50+ because I burn VERY easily and then I blister. Thank you medication for that. -_- I may as well be a vampire.

I don't wear it, because I don't sit out in the sun. I do go for walks, in the shade. But if it's Hazy Hot & Humid, I'm indoors. I take medication that if I'm in the sun, it leaves me w/ little red bumps that take about 5 days to go away. So I make sure I get enough Vit. D3, & A, & so it goes...
