I do believe this is a dilemma that needs more research and study. We need to find a proper balance because both are extremely important for the future.

I am not sure how you can design wind turbines to be more bat friendly. It seems the violation of open air space may be disturbing their natural habitat, so relocation of the turbines is the easiest option.
