coconut milk. It's delicious and very good for you. Coco Quench is a great brand.

Oat and Goat's are nice alternatives to standard pasteurised milk; I also like full fat milk. Oat is quite nice as it looks so pale and Oat coloured, that one wouldn't normally even associate it with the colour of standard milk, and yet it tastes nice.

Goat's Milk is my favourite for my coffee. . . I have also tried eating cereal with just water, instead of milk.

Drinking cow's milk is bizarre, disgusting, and unnecessary. All adult humans are lactose intolerant to a certain degree; this is because humans only produce the enzyme lactase during infancy. Adults are not supposed to drink milk. Many vegetables provide far more calcium than milk. Would you drink human milk? Would you drink donkey milk? Would you drink hog milk? Why would you drink milk from a cow?

I drink Almond Milk! It has many positive health benefits. Also, I eat/drink Clean, so that means I don't drink Cow's Milk. It contains unwanted ingredients and can cause many diseases.

I don't drink milk, but do use half and half in my coffee.
