Roasting a pumpkin or two and using the puree in lots of different recipes. Starting to bake again after a summer with the oven off.

Taking my kids (hopefully my grandkids when they're old enough!) to a local farm that goes all out with pumpkin bowling, hay rides, petting zoo, a huge assortment of pumpkins, gourds, cornstalks, etc. for sale, and a handmade goods store. I also like having donuts and cider after trick-or-treating.

A favorite memory was taking my daughter and nephew to an apple farm with pony rides, pumpkin patch, cider and a huge play train.
