I have chronic severe headaches and migraines so I give myself injects of vein constrictor and compazine for pain. Neurologist doesn't give out oxycodon.

At my age...60. The mind is willing but the body can no longer stay young. My physician has ordered pain relaxers for minor pain difficulties.

If I didn't have my prescription pain meds I wouldn't be able to function on a daily basis since I have quite a few things wrong with my joints and bones.

Pain is one of the body's natural methods of communicating to the brain, that there's an issue. I had cramp in my foot last night, felt and registered in my head. I sensed the foot for a while, and amazingly, the cramp subsided... same with a headache... sense the area in the head that the ache is felt, and it subsides... no drugs needed...

I'm allergic to most pain killers, especially anti-inflamitories, so yeah. Kinda have no choice but to look for natural remedies.
