The N.R.A. is calling for armed guards in schools, but no gun curbs. Is this a good idea?

I don't think so for many reasons, one I would not want my child to respect people with guns. It will only prompt there natural inquisitiveness even more, and that leads to no good if not taught properly. They will only respect and put these people on a platform.

Has the NRA ever had a good idea? The leaders of the NRA act on behalf of the gun industry. Any ideas they promote involve the production and sale of even more guns.
