It shouldn't even be a question. And I can't comprehend why it should be voted on. We don't vote on heterosexual marriages. As more states overturn same-sex marriage bans, we're seeing that life goes on. I assure you that my "gay" marriage, which I generally refer to as just my marriage, has had very little affect on my neighbors, or my community besides a little boost in the economy and local business when I did what other couples do and spent a little extra on committing my life-long love and devotion to the woman that I fell in love with. Future generations will most likely shake their heads at the fact that this was ever an issue.

Any two legal adults, provided that they are mentally competent, should be allowed to marry, regardless of sex, race, religion, age, etc. Love is all that matters, and lgbt people should have all the same rights to marry and adopt as straight and cisgender people.
