Because we eat so many salads, I've gotten annoyed at the thickness of the Ranch dressing. I now thin it down with olive oil and apple cider vinegar and add a dash of salt and pepper. You can add it to an empty bigger jar and mix the 2 or do this when you've finished 1 bottle already,making the contents of each bottle 1/2 the original salad dressing and 1/2 your added ingredients. it will be healthier,pour better, and eventually you may wean yourself entirely.

I eat as well as I can. Less home made food than I ate 20 years ago because I'm too tired. But then,my husband does much of the cooking so we eat salads,raw fruit, sandwiches,asparagus,avocados, nuts,to snack on,green teas, oatmeal,,and soup.

It should be healthier. But it's better than last year and waaay better than when I was in my 20s.

I am a vegetarian but I eat a lot of readymade foods such as burgers & sausages. Healthy homemade cooking is starting to make its way into my kitchen :-)
