Most every country either already has, or is in the process of acquiring from countries, ahem...that have agreed not to use. Again, ahem. Easy to buy, people are desperate for money who used to have jobs overseeing these sites & now have access to them.....the tiniest country becomes relevant if one idiot blows something up. PS THE PERMANENT UN SECURITY COUNCIL IS MADE UP OF THE FEW COUNTRIES THAT ALL HAVE NUCLEAR POWER, ponder that.
