The women with regrets have told me they would have changed their minds with an ultrasound. I think anything that helps a woman make an 'informed' decision is a good thing.

Absolutely! Everyone should have to look their victim in the eye before they murder them. The German people didn't want to look at the Holocaust victims either, that's why the camps were outside of town...but it didn't mean that men, women, and children weren't being slaughtered.
