Sen. John McCain's eligibility for the office of president is being called into question because he was born in Panama. Do you think this should disqualify him?

Poll Results: 1,067 votes
No, he was born on a U.S. military base.
I am not sure.
Yes, Panama is a sovereign nation.

First, both his parents were U.S. citizens.

Second, he was born overseas because his father was serving in the military.

Third, wasn't he born on a military base? Doesn't that count as "U.S. soil"?

Fourth, anyone who would try to use that against him is petty, unethical, stupid and extremely short-sighted. I could think of further adjectives, I'm sure.

There is no way I would EVER vote for him, but this kind of "politicking" is unpatriotic and harmful to our election process.
