Should city governments be able to ban private property owners from raising chickens in their yard?

If the city is incorporated, Yes. Especially the front yard. It would decrease property values for the entire neighborhood.

I think it's time to start respecting OTHER people's rights too ~ not just talking about them or when it's convenient and then demanding things because it's OUR right.
