Always. It makes me nuts when I see older people with their grandchildren and people with kids, and none of them have reuseable bags, they use the horrible stinky grey plastic bags. Why can't they teach their families how to help the environment? They are sending a very bad message with their "don't care" attitude. We ALL need to care otherwise there will be no environment left.
